Dependents (16 years of age and over) of 麻豆精品视频faculty and staff are eligible to receive the flu vaccine as long as they present proof of coverage by an insurance plan accepted by Student Health Services (see list of plans here). Parent or guardian of minor must be present at time vaccine is administered.
