The following rates were approved by the "Auxiliary Fees and Charge Back Committee", and by the President, on January 27, 2021.

Audiovisual Technician Rate Groups
The audiovisual and technician rates structure is divided into four different groups, which are:
| Schedule Group | Description |
|---|---|
| SCHEDULE A | Applies to any Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵdepartment for the purpose of academic instruction (for credit). |
| SCHEDULE B | Applies to any Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵdepartment, unit, student government association, direct support organizations, registered organizations, auxiliary departments and units. |
| SCHEDULE C | Applies to any non-Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵgroups that are tax-exempt/non-for-profit organizations, and Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵor student events charging admission or registration fees. |
| SCHEDULE D | Applies to any non-Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵgroups that are for-profit organizations. |
