To begin the Volunteering Process, please email听 leadandserve@fau.edu 听to obtain the Human Resource form. All interested volunteers must have a completed background check to volunteer on the 麻豆精品视频campuses.

Volunteer Registration

This form is to be completed by all Category One Volunteers.
Parent/Guardian Authorization for the Treatment of Minors听
This form is to be completed by a parent or guardian of all Category One and Category Two volunteers who are minors.
Academic Service-Learning Risk Waiver听
This form is a risk waiver that must be signed by all 麻豆精品视频students completing an Academic Service-Learning project as part of their course.
