OWL Card Problems
Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ understands that from time to time issues may occur affecting your OWL Card. For that reason, there are a number of built in safeguards to assist you.
Lost your OWL Card?
Please notify the OWL Card center if you misplaced or lost your OWL card.
Visit the OWL Card Center for a replacement card. There is a $15 fee for each replacement OWL Card. This fee will be applied to your student account.
Your OWL Card has stopped working?
If your OWL card has stopped working in one of the following areas, please reach out to the respective contact listed below:
- Meal Plan – Contact Office of Business Services at 561-297-2041 or Ìýbizservices@fau.edu
- Library Card – Contact the Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵLibrary Circulation Desk at 561-297-6911
- Housing – Contact your ÌýBuilding Administrator
Visit theÌý OWL Card Center Ìýand talk with a member of our staff. Because OWL Cards serve many different types of functions, you will need to make sure they are aware of which specific function is not working properly. Office of Business Services staff will be happy to work with you regarding any problem that may arise.
