Registration Information

The full battery of exams must be taken in one session before registering for a Retake. Sections cannot be taken individually when you are taking the PERT for the first time.

PERT Test Fees:
$33.50 - PERT - 3 Sections (First Time)

Retakes
$11.50 - PERT- ÌýRetake 1 Section Only Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý ÌýÌý
$23.50 - PERT - Retake 2 Sections Only
$33.50 - PERT- ÌýRetake 3 Sections Only

NO changes will be made to registrations once paid.
Testing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.Ìý
Appointments cannot be rescheduled without additional cost.

**If you are taking the PERT for another Institution, not FAU, you will receive your score report in a sealed envelope to be turned into your institution directly.**

Test Center Regulations

Examinees are required to be professional, civil and respectful at all times on the premises of the Test Center.Ìý All exams are continuoulsy monitored by video and audio recording, physical walk-through, and through the obseration window.Ìý The Test Center Staff is authorized to dismiss you from the test session fo r violation of any Test Cetner Regulations, including exhibiting abusive behavior toeards the Test Center staff or other examinees.Ìý There will be a brief security check upon entry to the test room.

What to Bring

A Non-Expired Photo ID, FROM THE LIST BELOW, is required OF THE TEST TAKER, (no matter the age) must be presented prior to testing. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will not test without a valid, non-expired PHOTO ID from the list below. The TEST TAKER'S photo ID must match exactly the name you used when registering. IE: Double or hyphenated last names. If the ID that you are using on test day has 2 last names, then you MUST register using BOTH last names.&nbsp

* Watches, hoodies, sweaters, jackets, coats or outerwear are NOT permitted in the testing rooms.Ìý It is suggested to dress accordingly (long sleeves) or you may not be permitted to test.Ìý

* No eating, drinking or gum chewing is allowed while testing.

Listed below are the ONLY acceptable forms of test taker's photo identification (no photocopies accepted or pictures presented on phones accepted):

Current Non-Expired Passport
