University Volunteer Policies

To begin the Volunteering Process, please email leadandserve@fau.edu to obtain the Human Resource form. All interested volunteers must have a completed background check to volunteer on the Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵcampuses.

Volunteer Risk Waiver (For Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵand Non-Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵVolunteers)

Volunteer Registration (For Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵand Non-Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵCategory One Volunteers)
This form is to be completed by all Category One Volunteers.

Parent/Guardian Authorization for the Treatment of Minors
This form is to be completed by a parent or guardian of all Category One and Category Two volunteers who are minors.

Academic Service-Learning Risk Waiver
This form is a risk waiver that must be signed by all Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵstudents completing an Academic Service-Learning project as part of their course.
