Biology at 麻豆精品视频 is the study of living systems, from molecules to ecosystems. You鈥檒l explore how life works, gain hands-on experience in labs, and learn to think like a scientist. This area of study prepares you for graduate school, medical school, or careers in biotech, government, or environmental organizations.

About Biology at FAU

At Florida Atlantic, you鈥檒l benefit from an interdisciplinary curriculum that connects biology with chemistry, physics, and math. You鈥檒l work closely with faculty mentors, join research projects, and have access to unique electives like marine conservation, neuroscience, and biotechnology. The program is designed to help you build a strong foundation and stand out whether you pursue advanced study or launch your career.

Degrees Offered at Florida Atlantic

Undergraduate

  • Bachelor of Science in Biology (Honors Concentration)

Educational Objectives & Student Outcomes

1. Build a strong foundation in biological principles, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
2. Develop scientific thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Prepare for advanced study or professional careers in biology, medicine, or related fields.

1. Demonstrate understanding of core biological concepts and laboratory techniques.
2. Apply interdisciplinary knowledge to real-world biological questions.
3. Communicate scientific ideas clearly in writing and presentations.
