The 麻豆精品视频Club is a unique location right on FAU's campus that provides opportunities for the 麻豆精品视频 Family to meet, socialize and dine in a relaxed environment. The Club is proud of its distinguished cuisine, the gracious staff, the excellence of its special events, and its LEED Platinum Certification for commercial interiors.
A prepared buffet luncheon is served Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm. The Club also plays host to special events, and may be reserved for university, corporate and private functions. A number of adjoining spaces are available as well, including The Atrium, and the patio.

Information
The 麻豆精品视频Club is an exceptional facility intended to foster tradition at 麻豆精品视频. The Club serves distinguished faculty, staff, alumni, friends, guests and partners of the University. The Club is open Monday through Friday for lunch. Additionally, the Club hosts special events for the 麻豆精品视频Family, and may be reserved for private functions. The Club is committed to being a unique venue dedicated to consistently providing quality food and impeccable service to its members and their guests.
The 麻豆精品视频Club is housed in the College of Engineering and Computer Science's new LEED Platinum Level building, Engineering East. Conscious of the green standards set for the building, and in keeping with the sustainability efforts of the University and the Business Services Department, the 麻豆精品视频Club was designed and constructed accordingly - achieving a Platinum level LEED Certification for Commercial Interiors. The American School and University Magazine awarded the venue Outstanding Design: Work in Progress for the 2009 Architectural Portfolio.
In addition to being the University's Club, this premier space is available for private functions for University departments, community organizations as well as private social functions such as weddings and other special events. Buffet dining consisting of daily chef's specials will be served Monday through Friday, from 11am to 2pm.

Green Initiatives
Sustainability can be defined as meeting the present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
According to , sustainability means reducing our footprint on the future and involves improving economic efficiency, protecting and restoring ecological systems and enhancing the well being of people. In terms of events, it means taking into consideration the impact that your event will have on the environment. Whether it's using only recycled materials or sending excess food to a local food bank.

Executive Chef Shane Lynch
Prior to joining 麻豆精品视频Dining Services and Chartwells Higher Education in August 2015, your Campus Executive Chef, Shane Lynch, was a traveling Executive Chef for TouchPoint specializing in new business strategies for nearly two years. He currently holds nearly twenty years of experience with quite a diverse background. Before joining Compass Group, Shane owned a restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia named Nouvelle, known for its fine dining of French and Japanese cuisine. Prior to living in Indonesia, Shane was a Lead Chef at Quay Restaurant in Sydney, Australia (which is currently ranked within the top fifty restaurants worldwide). Chef Shane also holds experience as a Private Estate Chef throughout both Australia and New Zealand. Prior to leaving the United States, Shane was the Campus Executive Chef for the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
Shane studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He earned his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts and B.P.S. in Hospitality Management. His favorite dish to create is his Javanese Sea Bass with Wakame White Onions & Dashi Pearls. Aside from traveling during his personal time, Shane enjoys participating in active sports including surfing, kayaking, scuba diving, and mountain biking.

Reserving The Club
The 麻豆精品视频Club provides more than just a place to dine 鈥� it is an ideal setting for hosting receptions for visiting scholars, departmental gatherings, anniversaries, social functions and wedding receptions. As a member of the Club, you will find that reserving a room is as easy as picking up the phone. Reservations are taken on a priority schedule basis and rooms may be reserved for either academic or private affairs.

The 麻豆精品视频Club
Located on the 2nd floor of the new College of Engineering and Computer Science's Engineering East Building, the 麻豆精品视频Club is the premier event space on the 麻豆精品视频Boca Raton Campus. This new all purpose event space can host events for up to 180 people. Everything from a simple cocktail hour to a plated wedding reception can be held here. In addition, the 麻豆精品视频Club can be paired with other spaces to offer breakout rooms, general session rooms, etc. The space also offers guests the availability of a full bar, complete with cable TV as well as a full kitchen downstairs and a prep kitchen upstairs. This assures that your hot food stays hot and your cold food stays cold because it's made on-site. All of this in a sustainable and award winning architectural design. Throw in the outstanding view of the lake fountain and you have the recipe for a fantastic event.
The Atrium & Patio
As with the rest of the building, this space is LEED Certified for Commercial Interiors and offers the highest level of sustainable design and construction available. Add that with the beautiful play of natural woods, glass, and light and this venue offers a truly unique and wonderful environment. The space is perfect setting for small to medium event receptions and meal functions. It can also be used as a general meeting room. The Atrium Patio is immediately adjacent to the Atrium area on the first floor. The patio overlooks the lake and fountain that surround the south portion of the building. The space serves as outdoor seating during the day, but can be used to host receptions, ceremonies and even small meal functions. When paired together with the Atrium it provides a nice contrast of both indoor and outdoor portions of an event.
Having Alcohol on Campus:
As an institution of higher education, 麻豆精品视频 is committed to providing a campus environment free of the abuse and illegal consumption of alcohol. Alcohol will only be permitted in settings that do not inhibit the full participation of those that choose not to drink alcohol and that comply will all Federal, State, Municipal, and County Laws and/or Ordinances. In addition the use of alcohol on University grounds must comply with all University Policies and Procedures, including this , and all health and safety regulations. In addition, Chartwells and Chartwells' Catering are the only authorized retailers of alcoholic beverages on 麻豆精品视频property.
Anyone wishing to serve alcoholic beverages on University property must comply with this policy and complete an Alcohol Program Registration Form. It is recommended that should you wish to have alcohol at your event, you read the entire policy which can be accessed from the link below.
