I have been a member of the 麻豆精品视频faculty since August of 2007. My current primary research interests include real estate economics, economics of tax compliance, and economics of responsible governance. Using game theory, I develop formal models to analyze the interdependence between economic variables. However, my most recent research work has been primarily empirical, based on using large-scale micro-level datasets in quests to isolate causal relationships in data. I also mentor undergraduate students and collaborate with them on original scholarly papers for peer-reviewed journals.

I teach Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Environmental Economics, Game Theory, and International Economic Development. I also collaborate with colleagues from other fields in designing interdisciplinary courses to prepare students for the ever-changing labor market conditions, including Behavioral Economics, Arts and Economics, Health Economics, and Economics of the Former Soviet Union.

When I was a kid, my hobby was sculpting, mainly from clay. Now I have a more pragmatic secondary vocation: I help my wife Munara () to grow an internationally recognized real estate practice in Jupiter and the surrounding area. I enjoy it a lot, as I get to interact with people in the community.
