As Director of Administrative Operations, Julie Vagelos leads the administrative and business operations functions for the Office of Information Technology (OIT). Julie and her team oversee a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including contract administration, procurement and supplier management, procure-to-pay operations, human resources, accounts payable, budgeting, university-wide telecommunications billing, and overall business operations support.  In her role, Julie partners closely with the CIO, Deputy CIO, OIT directors, and IT staff across the organization to ensure that financial strategies, and budgetary objectives are effectively communicated, aligned, and achieved.  Prior to joining Â鶹¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ in October 2022, Julie served as an Executive Finance Director at AT&T.  Julie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University.
